Adjust some of the Task Manager 2003 System Options to best suit the way you work.

Basic Setup

Select Tools», Options ... from the Task Manager top menubar. Click the Task Entry tab.

			In the Process Labels group, enter a word to describe your job description as shown above, e.g. "Supervisor", "Secretary", "Engineer", "Clerk", "Designer", "Manager", "Receptionist", "Contractor" (as shown) etc. If you work in a team, look at the Process Label examples by entering any of the process label fields and pressing F1, then decide on your own labels.
